This is a replica of the Decision Matrix that is conducted during the Strategic Envisioning Workshop. Occasionally, it is necessary to get even more granular in assessing specific Sunday school classes and small groups. This is provided to help them in the occurrence that the church needs to take a more thorough examination or revisit their evaluation of groups and classes.
